I have been dealing with Jessica Galarza for the past 2 years for my mother. Jessica is the warmest, kindest person to deal with. She goes the extra mile to make sure that everything goes very smooth for your parents move. Aston Gardens is very fortunate to have such a wonderful caring person employed there. I cannot thank you enough.

You are welcome to use the testimonials I have inserted to other responses. My only regret is that we did not move here a few years earlier. We failed to see that we would certainly fit in before age 75 and probably before age 70. Kevin needs to impart the idea that this is an improvement in lifestyle over home ownership--you can avoid that responsibility and all those issues (should I replace the roof, how about the drive way, new AC? why do we have a second car, etc). One does not realize that being here increases the quality of life, in that you have more time for important things (cruising, travel, golf, grandkids, etc) when you largely avoid meal prep, laundry, shopping, cleaning, home repairs and maintenance, lawn care, '. . . and the list goes on) The problem is that it is tough to understand this until you spend you time in a new environment. You need to offer an incentive--how about 'come early, stay late program' special for those under 70. "Try it: If you move in before age 70 you can--during your first year--opt for a five year rent-lock."

I moved here from another part of the state and knew no one. Even though it was the ending days of the initial Covid crisis, I soon met some really great people. Everyone--staff, residents are very friendly and helpful. There are many activities to become involved with, but you do have to make the effort to join in. A perk that this location has over similar locations that friends of mine live at in other states is the opportunity to take part in the Sun City Center Association facilities and 150 clubs. Plenty of choices to keep one as busy as they wish to be. I feel blessed to have found this location

I have lived at Aston Gardens, Sun City Center for 4 years. I am one of the younger residents here but, age is just a number. We have meals, housekeeping and so many activities to enjoy, life feels like a vacation all the time. I am disabled and that has not been a problem here. Thanks to wheelchair lifts on our buses, I can shop with ease. The staff here could not be more caring and attentive to our needs.

Ruth Ann Phelan has lived at Aston Gardens for 1 1/2 years. I knew when I was alone that I would be moving to this facility because I had seen the building being constructed around Caloosa County Club while I was golfing. My apartment is along the tenth fairway and I can go to the golf club in my golf cart. I am very pleased with all the activities we have here. My only advice is---don"t wait too long to move here , so you can take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities. Great parties. Trips, food, and friendly people.

Very friendly people here, beautiful place to live You can be is busy as you’d like with all the activities and laid back if you want. The food is very good and you always have other options if you don’t like the three specialties of the day. Apartments are beautiful and the service overall is great. Love this place!

We are approaching our first year at Aston Gardens at Sun City Center and are extremely pleased to have made Aston Gardens our home. When I think of the various services such as dining, security, activities, housekeeping and transportation I realize that each one deserves mention of its own.Our daughter who lives in nearby Riverview recommended Aston Gardens as we were fighting the rigors of winter in North Central Massachusetts in an area known as the Worcester Hills or the Monadnock Region. Based on her recommendation we sold our large home and selected a two bedroom, two bath apartment meaning we had to do a great deal of downsizing but we have a storage locker for those items that are still in excess. The staff in all departments are understanding and very helpful to my wife and me. My wife suffers from a number of maladies, the most serious of which are advanced Parkinson's, Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension, dysphagia and most distressing for a former Ph.D. college professor, dementia. Recognizing this the staff at Aston Gardens are very accommodating and expresses concern for her welfare. I will describe this concern in separate messages about each department.

We go to dinner every night in the beautiful ship dining room after a cocktail hour with friends in the lounge.Activities keep us busy on the ship and frequent land tours are great!Exercise programs and an onboard gym keep us in good physical shape. What more could you ask?
