This is the most popular beach in Venice so plan to come early before all the parking spaces are taken up.
South Jetty Beach
South Jetty Beach is the perfect place to take a stroll, relax, and bask in the sun. It is home to a variety of wildlife such as pelicans, dolphins, and manatees. There are many benches and picnic tables which you can take a sit on and watch boats go by and the fishermen cast their nets. You can also look over the Gulf of Mexico and the Venice Inlet and be amazed by its picturesque scenery. Caspersen Beach

However, this may not be the ideal place for swimming due to its rocky shores.
South Brohard Beach
South Brohard Beach is one of the few leash-free dog-friendly beaches in Venice. There is a fenced play space that leads to a 100-yard section of the beach for dogs. The shaded play spaces are even divided into different sections for small and big dogs. Don’t worry about your dogs getting sandy as there are dog showers and dog drinking fountains available at the beach. Your dog will love the soft sand and aqua waters of South Brohard Beach.
Chauncy Howard Park
Chauncy Howard Park is named after an activist whose family donated to create this handicap accessible beach. It is just north of Venice Beach. Chauncy Howard Park is one of the more secluded and quite beaches. Feel free to dip into its calm blue-green waters and take a swim around. However, amenities are sparse here so it may take a bit of walking before you can reach a restroom.
